At Creekwood, we are always looking for the positive. We offer a variety of activities, from Bingo to fishing trips in the summer. We enjoy the opportunity to interact with and make a difference to our residents on a daily basis.
Creekwood boasts a dedicated rehabilitation unit where our therapists develop customized rehab plans to meet the needs of each individual resident. Our long–term care unit is staffed by attentive nurses who provide skilled care with warmth and dignity.
Our 104-bed facility is tastefully furnished for a pleasing environment that is enhanced by our family-like atmosphere.
